As a Regional Manager at Koko Black, you will lead a portfolio of up to 12 Victorian stores, creating extraordinary experiences and delivering exceptional customer service. This pivotal leadership job allows you to coach high-performing leaders while shaping the future of the retail network through strategic oversight and hands-on operational leadership. The team thrives on collaboration, accountability, and a shared passion for excellence.

You'll be responsible for

Leading and developing teams

Coaching, mentoring and developing Area Manager(s) and Store Managers to build high-performing, values-led teams.

Driving commercial and operational excellence

Owning regional performance, including P&L, labour management and cost control.

Creating exceptional customer experiences

Bringing the Koko Black brand story to life through excellent service and immersive in-store experiences.
