You'll be responsible for

Leading the Account Management team

Lead, coach, and develop the NSW Account Management team while ensuring national processes are applied with local nuance.

Driving venue retention and quality

Own venue retention and churn outcomes while driving high-quality deal structures and effective inventory coverage.

Providing city-level insights

Build a deep understanding of NSW performance and translate insights into actionable directions for Sales and Marketing.
