Providing short-term, solution-focused therapy to members within a stepped care model.

Conducting sessions

Conducting six online counselling sessions per day to assist members in achieving positive mental health outcomes.

Maintaining case notes

Maintaining accurate and comprehensive case notes in compliance with best practice standards.

Key criteria

🎓

Bachelor's degree in counselling

Minimum qualification from Australia or New Zealand required.

Valid registration with PACFA or ACA at Level 3 or above.

3+ years of therapy experience

Direct experience in one-on-one therapy sessions with adults.
