Administering annual and quarterly bonus programs, ensuring accurate and timely payments.Key criteria

3–5 years of remuneration experience
Demonstrated experience in remuneration or HR analytics roles.View

Job evaluation methodology knowledge
Experience with Mercer or Korn Ferry methodologies.View

Advanced data analysis skills
