Ensuring accurate reservation management
Recording and entering all correspondence and reservations into Opera accurately and promptly to achieve optimum average rate and yield.🏨
Managing hotel inventory effectively
Securing the best possible yields through effective rate management practices and ensuring inventory is displayed correctly through IHG Concerto and Opera.✉️
Communicating with guests professionally
Handling all reservations team correspondence and guest contact in a professional manner within a 24-hour turnaround time.Key criteria

Hotel management degree
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or equivalent experience.View

2+ years in reservations
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Reservations or Front Office.View
