Leading risk management across Member Experience, Operations, and Finance.

Taking charge of risk management efforts to ensure a seamless experience for members and efficient operations.

Identifying, assessing, and reporting risks, maintaining risk registers, and supporting incident management.

Proactively managing risks by keeping detailed records and assisting in incident management processes.

Conducting risk assessments for new products, services, and initiatives.

Evaluating potential risks associated with new offerings to ensure safety and compliance.

Skills you'll need

Operational risk management

Solid experience in first line operational risk and compliance management in an APRA regulated environment.

Superannuation industry knowledge

Strong understanding of the superannuation industry and its regulatory requirements.
