You'll be responsible for

Monitoring customer activity
Actively monitor customer activity and analyze behavioral and risk indicators to identify potential gambling harm.📞
Conducting customer interventions
Conduct timely customer interventions, with a strong emphasis on supportive phone conversations with customers who may be experiencing gambling harm.📝
Processing self-exclusion applications
Process self-exclusion applications, renewals, breaches, and revocations in line with policy and regulatory requirements.What we're looking for
