The Safety Administrator is a vital part of the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) function, collaborating across the business to enhance workplace safety practices. This job focuses on coordinating and administering Work Health and Safety (WHS) tasks and communications, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all employees. The team values collaboration and strives to embed consistent safety practices throughout the organization, making safety a shared responsibility.
You'll be responsible for

Managing safety reporting systems
Manage safety reporting systems, dashboards, and weekly/monthly performance reports to support data-driven decision-making.📄
Maintaining HSE documentation
Maintain and update HSE documentation, policies, procedures, and SharePoint systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility.📢
Coordinating safety communications
Coordinate safety communications, including Safety Shares, toolbox talks, campaigns, and engagement initiatives.Key criteria

Post-secondary qualifications in WHS
Possession of relevant qualifications in Work Health and Safety.View

2+ years in safety-focused roles
Demonstrated experience in safety roles within multi-site environments.View
