Engaging with brokers
Handle inbound and outbound enquiries across a diverse product range including Residential, Commercial, SMSF, Construction, Alt Doc, and Personal Loans, delivering responses within expected timeframes.✉️
Providing tailored solutions
Respond to complex scenarios via email, offering clear, customised guidance that helps brokers move forward with confidence.Key criteria

Experience in financial services or mortgages
