You'll be responsible for

Planning itineraries and booking travel

You will plan itineraries, book travel, and convert enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone, and via email for our customers.

Meeting sales targets and KPIs

Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets, selling the whole holiday experience including flights, accommodation, and more.

Providing expert travel advice

Assist customers with travel-related questions, offering insights on visas, best travel times, and recommendations.
