You'll be responsible for

Working full-time on-site
Engaging with customers in one of our retail stores on a rotating roster across a 7-day trade, ensuring a vibrant customer experience.✈️
Planning itineraries and booking travel
Converting enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone, and via email, while working towards individual KPIs and sales targets.🌍
Building a customer base
Creating lasting relationships with new and returning customers, assisting them with all their travel-related questions and needs.What we're looking for
