Coordinating client visits
Assist in scheduling client visits to staff with the appropriate skills in the appropriate areas, minimising staff travel and non-direct tasks.📬
Responding to queries
Receive calls related to care recipient/external providers queries and ensure timely responses.🤝
Liaising with staff
Work with roster coordinator to ensure resources meet client demand and liaise with staff regarding schedule changes.Key criteria
