You'll be responsible for

Coordinating client visits

Assist in scheduling client visits to staff with the appropriate skills in the appropriate areas, minimising staff travel and non-direct tasks.

Responding to queries

Receive calls related to care recipient/external providers queries and ensure timely responses.

Liaising with staff

Work with roster coordinator to ensure resources meet client demand and liaise with staff regarding schedule changes.
