Monitor work progress throughout the day and make real-time adjustments to schedules as required.

Ensuring compliance with SLAs

Ensure all scheduled works meet client service level agreements (SLAs) and operational targets.

Key criteria

📅

Scheduling and coordination experience

Minimum 12 months in scheduling or workforce coordination roles.

Strong skills in data entry, tracking, and basic analysis.
