Enhancing scheduling practices to support reporting, resourcing, demand, and forecasting across projects.

Collaborating with stakeholders

Working with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure robust scheduling and resource profiles for investment cases.

Expertise in project scheduling techniques and resource demand forecasting, ensuring effective allocation of work and adherence to standards.
