Leading the design and execution of OCM activities aligned to project objectives, business outcomes, and stakeholder needs.

Conducting assessments

Conducting and interpreting change impact, readiness, and risk assessments at individual, team, and organisational levels.

Developing communication strategies

Leading the development of high-impact, audience-specific communications to drive awareness and engagement.

4–6 years of OCM experience

Demonstrated experience in organisational change management and transformation.
