This job is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate or Associate level lawyer to join the expanding Tech M&A and Venture Capital practice in Sydney. The role involves working with top tech companies and high growth enterprises, providing expert advice on transformative matters. You'll be responsible for

Advising on private M&A

Handling private M&A transactions for tech-sector clients, including capital raisings and joint ventures.
🚀

Supporting startups

Providing support to startups and scaleups across their lifecycle, including corporate governance and strategic guidance.

Managing client matters

Effectively managing smaller matters and elements of larger matters while working closely with clients.

Skills you'll need

Venture capital experience

Experience in venture capital or other private capital raisings, private M&A and/or high growth company advisory.

Corporate advisory

Demonstrated experience in corporate advisory, particularly in private M&A and joint ventures.

Client relationship management

Ability to build effective working relationships with clients and understand their needs.
