You'll be responsible for

Advising on M&A transactions

Providing strategic advice on public and private M&A, including takeovers and business/asset acquisitions and disposals.

Mentoring junior colleagues

Supporting and guiding junior team members to foster their development and skills.

Building client relationships

Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients to enhance service delivery and satisfaction.

Skills you'll need

M&A experience

Proven experience in M&A, ideally gained at a leading firm, with a minimum of 5 years PQE.

Technical and drafting skills

Excellent skills in technical aspects and drafting legal documents.
