Working collaboratively with practices across the firm to help clients navigate the evolving regulatory and threat landscape.

Developing frameworks

Designing and rolling out data and AI governance frameworks, and advising on regulatory investigations and enforcement actions.

Supporting teams

Advising executive teams and boards on legal issues associated with emerging digital risks and technologies.
