Leading the development of end-to-end business cases for complex transformation initiatives, including case for change, options analysis, strategic alignment and public value articulation.

Translating requirements

Translating service and operational requirements into clear, structured investment and procurement documentation.

Partnering with stakeholders

Partnering with executives, finance and procurement teams to develop, challenge and refine investment submissions.
