You'll be responsible for

Applying OCM methodologies
Applying effective OCM methodologies and frameworks, working within the RMIT Change Management Framework (based on PROSCI).📝
Completing change activities
Completing required change activities and artefacts, including change impact assessments and stakeholder engagement plans.👥
Leading workshops
Leading or supporting the delivery of OCM plans and facilitating workshops for diverse audiences.Key criteria
📅
2-3 years of OCM experience
Demonstrated experience as an Organisational Change Management practitioner.View
