The Senior Consultant Communications, Change & Engagement position is all about leading communications project initiatives and events within NAB’s Personal Banking Enablement team. This role plays a crucial part in making a tangible difference to customers while fostering a culture of customer obsession and innovation. The team thrives on collaboration and professionalism, ensuring that everyone works together to achieve strategic ambitions.

You'll be responsible for

Leading communications for initiatives and events

Lead the communications for key strategic and BAU initiatives and events for Personal Bank, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Preparing communications plans

Prepare communications plans and provide expert advice to support Personal Bank’s strategic ambitions, crafting compelling narratives and key messages.
🎤

Managing forums and events

Manage forums and events, both face-to-face and online, including agenda recommendations and coordination of speakers, while developing supporting communications materials.
