Preparing statutory documents
Preparation of statutory documents including annual reviews, change of officeholders, registered offices, share transactions, and more.📂
Maintaining company records
Maintenance of companies on BGL Corporate Affairs System (CAS360) and lodgement records to ensure compliance.📞
Communicating with authorities
Communicate with relevant authorities regarding document lodgement and liaise with clients throughout the process.Key criteria
📄
Corporate secretarial experience
Strong experience in a Corporate Secretarial or Corporate Secretary role.View

3+ years with ASIC
Minimum 3 years' experience working with ASIC requirements.View

Advanced Microsoft Office skills
