The Specialist, Resource Management will partner closely with business leaders to assign the right people to the right projects at the right time. You'll be responsible for

Managing resource requests

Manage end-to-end resource requests across Risk Advisory pods, balancing business priorities, capability needs, and consultant development.

Building relationships

Build and maintain strong relationships with Partners and Directors to understand project requirements and staff needs.
📈

Maintaining data accuracy

Maintain accurate resourcing data in workforce management systems, including demand forecasting and capacity planning.

Skills you'll need

Resource management

Prior relevant work experience in resource management or workforce planning, ideally gained in a professional services or consulting environment.
🤝

Stakeholder management

Strong stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with business leaders and engagement partners.

Analytical skills

Excellent analytical skills along with strong PowerPoint and Excel skills to assist with weekly variance reporting.
