Manage resource requests across the APAC Risk Advisory team, balancing business priorities, capability needs, and consultant development.

Match individuals to resource requests based on skills, experience, availability, location, and conflict constraints.

Maintaining resourcing data

Maintain accurate resourcing data in workforce management systems, tracking availability changes and integrating them into schedules.

Resource management

Experience in resource management or workforce planning and scheduling, ideally gained in a professional services or consulting environment.

Communication skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with conflict resolution and negotiating skills to balance individual and business needs.

Strong analytical skills along with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for weekly variance reporting; experience using Power BI is a bonus.
