Manage resource requests across the APAC Risk Advisory team, balancing business priorities, capability needs, and consultant development.🔍
Matching individuals to requests
Match individuals to resource requests based on skills, experience, availability, location, and conflict constraints.🗃️
Maintaining resourcing data
Maintain accurate resourcing data in workforce management systems, tracking availability changes and integrating them into schedules.Skills you'll need
📊
Resource management
Experience in resource management or workforce planning and scheduling, ideally gained in a professional services or consulting environment.🗣️
Communication skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with conflict resolution and negotiating skills to balance individual and business needs.📈
Analytical skills
Strong analytical skills along with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for weekly variance reporting; experience using Power BI is a bonus.View more
