Lead the planning, feasibility, design, approvals and delivery of new developments and value-add projects across the portfolio.📈
Managing project performance
Accountable for the commercial, design, and delivery performance of projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, on budget and aligned to cashflow and profit return benchmarks.👩🏫
Mentoring team members
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary stakeholders and mentor Development Managers and Assistant Development Managers to build a high-performance culture.Key criteria
