Influencing and championing the overall strategy, model and relationship management across government to maintain a high-quality customer experience on the For Government website and for QSS forms.π
Leading configuration and security operations
Leading the configuration, vendor and release management and security operations for Queensland Government websites to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the service.π€
Establishing effective relationships
Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with the rest of Digital Channels (SSQ) and agency stakeholders to support the delivery of simpler, clearer and faster public services for Queenslanders.
