You'll be responsible for

Designing enablement processes

Design and own the enablement team’s quarterly and annual planning processes, translating business priorities into enablement roadmaps with clear objectives, timelines, and success metrics.

Building operating rhythms

Build and run the operating rhythm for the enablement team — establishing recurring cadences for priority setting, progress tracking, stakeholder alignment, and decision-making that drive execution and accountability.

Creating measurement strategies

Create the measurement and analytics strategy for enablement, defining KPIs that connect enablement activities to business outcomes and building dashboards that provide leadership visibility.
