You'll be responsible for

Coordinating events
Overseeing the development, implementation, and delivery of all aspects of key City of Hobart delivered events, including leading the New Year’s Eve Fireworks Crowd and Traffic Management Plan.🌍
Facilitating community participation
Acting as a point of liaison for external and community stakeholders at events and activations, ensuring community involvement.📄
Managing contracts
Developing contract specifications for technical, event infrastructure, and event personnel, ensuring compliance with procurement and finance policies.What we're looking for
