Coaching and advising leaders

Trusted to coach and advise leaders on the full spectrum of people matters — from performance and employee relations through to culture, change, and capability building.

Shaping and delivering people plans

Helping shape and deliver people plans for verticals, connecting the dots between resourcing, mobility and talent acquisition.

Leading continuous improvement initiatives

Taking a lead role in key continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to how the People & Culture team evolves its own ways of working.
