Managing stakeholders

Working closely with senior stakeholders—including the CIO, business leaders, vendors, and the EPMO—to influence priorities and manage interdependencies.

Leading teams

Providing strategic leadership in project delivery, guiding teams and partners to achieve outcomes that support Red Cross’ humanitarian mission.
