Being the first point of contact for the Canva People team
Providing guidance on all matters related to Product & Privacy and AI governance.🌐
Monitoring the regulatory landscape
Keeping track of applicable laws and standards relevant to privacy and AI in recruitment and employment.🛡️
Advising on Privacy Impact Assessments
Offering insights and recommendations on privacy-related queries from various teams.Key criteria
⚖️
Legally qualified with experience
Possession of an AUS practising certificate and 8+ years practicing law.View

Privacy law expertise
Demonstrated experience advising on complex privacy issues and compliance.View

In-house experience
Significant experience in a rapidly growing business, preferably SaaS.View
