You'll be responsible for

Providing legal support
Providing legal support to the Senior Executive team and the wider firm on a range of legal and regulatory issues.š
Drafting and reviewing contracts
Drafting and reviewing a wide variety of commercial contracts across the business, as well as acquisitions and litigation support.š
Delivering accurate legal advice
Delivering accurate and commercially focused legal advice across various areas of law, including innovation projects, privacy, and data protection.Key criteria

8+ years post admission experience
Demonstrated experience in general commercial and contracts practice.View
