You'll be responsible for

Acting as lead legal adviser

Act as the lead legal adviser across construction and development matters within QIC Real Estate.

Drafting and negotiating agreements

Draft, review and negotiate construction, consultancy and project agreements across the full project lifecycle.

Providing commercially practical advice

Partner closely with Development and Asset Management teams to provide commercially practical and risk-aware advice.

Post-qualification experience

5+ years of post-qualification experience in legal practice.
