Delivering change management services
Responsible for end-to-end change management services, including strategy to benefit realisation, managing resource allocation, and overseeing centralized change reporting.🤗
Fostering collaboration
Enhancing change capability while providing coaching and mentorship to leaders and change professionals, promoting a culture of continuous learning.🌟
Supporting community of practice
Contributing to the development of the Centre of Excellence and supporting the Community of Practice to uplift capability and promote innovation.Key criteria
