Leading QIC's leadership capability agenda, developing scalable frameworks, development experiences and approaches that strengthen leadership effectiveness and support talent, performance and succession outcomes.

Leading organisational effectiveness

Partnering with senior leaders to diagnose organisational, leadership and team effectiveness challenges, designing practical interventions that improve performance, ways of working and organisational outcomes.
🌍

Driving culture, engagement & change

Leading employee engagement and culture initiatives, translating insights into meaningful action and supporting leaders to successfully embed organisational change and transformation.
