You'll be responsible for

Lead the design and delivery of all People & Culture activities for the Scams program, including workforce model and capability.

Collaborate with senior leaders to deliver targeted, insight-led people plans and drive organisational effectiveness.

Advising and managing workplace relations

Act as an escalation point for complex people matters and guide leaders through sensitive employee relations issues.
