Conducting investigations
Conduct SpeakUP investigations and culture reviews fairly, impartially, with sensitivity and in a timely and professional manner.📋
Maintaining processes
Follow and maintain established investigative and review processes which reflect best practice and include wellbeing support for participants.📝
Drafting reports
Draft clear, considered and accurate allegation letters and findings reports for various stakeholders.Key criteria

5+ years in workplace investigations
