The Senior Officer, Workforce Planning is a vital member of the Workforce Planning team, collaborating with staff across the College and Schools to enhance casual workforce planning and support the academic lifecycle. This job plays a crucial role in developing efficient processes and ensuring high-quality service provision, contributing to the strategic goals of the College and University. The team thrives on collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

You'll be responsible for

Driving workforce planning

Working collaboratively with staff across the College and Schools to drive and support casual workforce planning and the casual academic lifecycle, timesheet approvals, recruitment and onboarding.

Developing processes

Accountable for developing efficient and streamlined processes and implementing systems and protocols that are consistent with the University’s policies and procedures.

Providing high-quality service

Contributing to high quality service provision, as well as cultural and work practice changes that support the College’s and University’s strategic directions.
