You'll be responsible for

Educating and coaching managers
Within the assigned Client Group, educate and coach managers concerning all employee lifecycle aspects including performance and development, dispute resolution, policy adherence, and change management.🔍
Managing complex ER matters
Case manage complex ER matters through to resolution including Workcover and Fairwork claims, and conduct investigations into misconduct, harassment, or policy violations.🏗️
Leading organisation design activities
Lead and/or support the execution of organisation design and talent strategy activities, contributing to various people projects.Key criteria

Complex employee relations management experience
Experience managing complex ER cases, including Workcover and Fairwork claims.View
⚖️
Strong knowledge of labour laws
Proven understanding of labour laws and conflict resolution across Australia.View
