This job is about supporting the Infrastructure Services division as a Senior People and Culture Advisor at Fulton Hogan. You'll be responsible for

Performing HR business partnering

Conduct regular site visits to perform HR business partnering and maintain contact with operational teams.

Establishing strong working relationships

Establish and maintain strong working relationships with the business to become a trusted advisor.

Investigating HR/IR issues

Investigate HR/IR issues and recommend solutions in accordance with legislation, policy, and guidelines.

Formal qualifications in Human Resources or Industrial Relations are essential.
