You'll be responsible for

Designing and launching programs
Creating and evolving Vanta’s manager development programs, including core curriculum and learning journeys.📚
Building learning tools
Developing playbooks, guides, and micro-learning modules to assist managers with day-to-day leadership challenges.🎤
Facilitating workshops
Leading training sessions and discussions to reinforce key development topics and foster effective management culture.Key criteria

6+ years in people enablement or related field
Proven experience in leadership development and organizational growth.View
