Ensure recognition programs achieve the highest standards of quality and efficiency outcomes, assuming end-to-end accountability of program performance from conceptual design to award delivery and execution.

Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, escalating issues on behalf of the team which may impede program performance/deliverables.

Implementing engagement strategies

Devise and implement engagement strategies with innovative tactical plans to expand utilization and maximize cultural change.
