Maintaining culinary standards
Ensure all hotel kitchens consistently produce high-quality food that meets guest expectations and adheres to established recipes and specifications.🧼
Overseeing food safety & hygiene
Monitor food storage, preparation, and rotation to maintain safe, hygienic practices and compliance with WH&S guidelines.👩🍳
Managing kitchen operations
Supervise daily kitchen activities, including staffing, rostering, and delegation of duties to ensure smooth and efficient service across all outlets.What we're looking for

2-3 years of culinary leadership experience
Experience as a Sous or Senior Sous Chef in dynamic environments.View
