Collaborating with digital teams to deliver innovative, user-friendly end-to-end solutions that boost efficiency and enable great outcomes across the Development Coordination Authority (DCA).

Mapping processes and defining requirements

Analysing how DCA services, systems and processes operate end to end, capturing business needs, mapping processes and defining clear requirements that support service design, automation and continuous improvement.
🛣️

Developing digital roadmap

Developing DCA’s long-term digital roadmap, identifying initiatives that drive ongoing improvement to DCA’s digital infrastructure.

Understanding of NSW planning legislation and regulations.
