You'll be responsible for

Providing technical leadership

Acting as the Subject Matter Expert for Fixed Voice Core, including fixed voice access and interconnect services.

Supporting fault analysis

Providing Tier 3 technical support, fault analysis, troubleshooting and restoration across complex voice platforms.
⚙️

Leading upgrades and testing

Leading software and hardware upgrades, testing, and production network cutovers with minimal customer impact.

Extensive telecommunications experience

Demonstrated experience in telecommunications, especially Fixed Voice and IP networks.

Proven knowledge of Fixed Voice Core platforms, SIP signalling, and performance analysis.
