You'll be responsible for

Managing employee relations matters
Manage and coordinate complex employee relations matters, including claims and advocacy in conciliation or mediation conferences before the Fair Work Commission.🕵️♂️
Leading workplace investigations
Lead workplace investigations end-to-end, including preparing investigation documentation, reports, and correspondence.💼
Providing tactical advice
Provide tactical and operational employee relations advice on complex matters such as performance management, misconduct, employee complaints, change management, and dispute resolution.Key criteria
📚
Tertiary qualifications in relevant fields
Possession of qualifications in Law, Human Resources, or Industrial Relations.View

Five years of employee relations experience
Demonstrated experience providing advisory services and case management.View
