You'll be responsible for

Providing case management
Delivering trauma-informed case management across crisis accommodation and outreach, supporting housing stability, wellbeing, and life skills through targeted case planning and review.🔍
Conducting assessments
Undertaking intake, assessment, risk, and safety planning, ensuring timely triage and appropriate program placement.👥
Leading and supporting staff
Fulfilling operational and leadership duties, including supporting the youth service duty desk and providing on-call support for after-hours incidents.Key criteria

Tertiary qualification in relevant field
Possession of a degree in Social Work or related area.View

Three years' experience in social services
Demonstrated experience in a social services environment, especially youth.View
