You'll be responsible for

Receiving incoming calls

Receive incoming calls from across all Toro Service sites to address service requests and inquiries.

Parts interpretation and quoting

Interpret parts requests, provide quotes, and create work orders for all service requests.

Updating customer data

Enter and update customer and product data in ServiceMax to ensure accurate records and communication.
