About the job

This job is about coordinating the daily operations of the Portable Toilet Business Line at Onsite Rental Group's Glendenning branch. As a Service Coordinator, you will lead a team of Service Drivers while managing key customer relationships and ensuring efficient service delivery. The team values collaboration and is committed to providing exceptional service to customers.

You'll be responsible for

Managing and allocating daily service runs to drivers

Overseeing the daily schedules and routes for service drivers to ensure timely service delivery.

Managing customer relationships with servicing issues

Addressing and resolving customer concerns related to portable toilets on hire.

Monitoring driver daily hours

Ensuring compliance with safe driving and rest period regulations for drivers.
