You'll be responsible for

Providing 1st level IT support
Delivering day-to-day 1st level IT Service Desk support to users via phone and IT Self Service Portal.📝
Recording and updating incidents
Utilising Service Now to record and update incidents and service requests in alignment with SLA guidelines.📈
Monitoring telephone queues
Ensuring calls are answered within SLA guidelines and providing first call resolutions where possible.Key criteria

Microsoft Operating System support
Experience supporting Windows 10 and 11 environments.View
